  • Refunds & Returns: I want you to absolutely love your Jo & The Gem Co. Jewelry, and I definitely don’t want any of my pieces to go to waste. That’s why I offer a full refund if you return your pieces unworn and undamaged within 1 week from delivery. 

  • Repair: I always quality check my pieces and make sure everything is secure before sending them off, but I’m only human. If for some reason your Jo & The Gem Co. piece breaks, I am happy to fix it for you free of charge. You can email me at joandthegem.co@gmail.com and I will arrange postage and shipping to get it fixed and back you as soon as possible. 

  • Warranty: I want you to be 100% confident in quality when you purchase Jo & The Gem Co. Jewelry. I offer a 1 year warranty, and if it happens to tarnish before that, I am happy to replace the entire piece, or any pieces on it that have tarnished, free of cost for one year after delivery date.
